Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of industry experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
  Candidates must have a valid driver’s license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage a complex and changing workload.
• Ability to learn new computer applications in a short amount of time.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time management skills with self-driven accountability for meeting goals.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with limited supervision.
• Extended hours/weekends during peak season required (planting/harvest/seed,turn).
• Familiarity with production agriculture or seed production.

Experience : 5 Years of Industry experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Work with seed inventory, seed processing functional team.
• Assist/own seed request and experimental filling of multiple groups to ensure seed is delivered to customers on time.
• Assist/own day to day seed movement from many crops/functions.
• Be involved with all team meetings throughout the year.
• Participate in other functional help when needed.
• Ensure facility safety policies are communicated, followed, and enforced.
• Seed processing equipment maintenance throughout the year.
• Maintain and improve the efficiency of daily operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
